Fardeen’s six pack in Acid Factory

Remember Shah Rukh Khan’s 6 pack abs? Well the guy behind SRK’s makeover was none other than ace fitness trainer Prashant. And now producer Sanjay Gupta has roped in Prashant to give Fardeen a lean and rough look for his just launched film called Acid Factory, a White Feather Films production. The training began a month ago.
 
White Feather Films has always been a trendsetter when it comes to presenting their heroes stylishly. Right from Kaante to Musafir to Shoot Out At Lokhandwala, the look of each Sanjay Gupta venture is always most talked about.  The latest being Acid Factory where one hears the lead actors have been put through a grueling fitness training and look session. A unit member informs, “As part of the prep of the film and ensuring each actor looks terrific, Prashant the trainer of SRK is doing a rigorous training schedule with the ‘Acid Factory’ actors before and during the shoot of the film in Hyderabad.”  Says Prashant when contacted, “I was given a brief by Sanjay Gupta about the look that Fardeen had to have in Acid Factory. Sanjay was particular about Fardeen. Besides Fardeen, I am also training Aftab Shivdasani, Danny Denzongpa, Irrfan Khan and Manoj Bajpai.” 
 
Maya, Prashant’s wife, a dietician, is involved in shaping not only Fardeen but also Aftab, Irrfan and Manoj Bajpai too. She used to advise Khan jr on his daily dietary intakes and now she taken over the diet of the Acid Factory actors. Fardeen is thrilled about the results and the transformation “I’m very excited about the way I’m being presented in the film, it’s a new image for me,” he says.  … more

This is the first film to will be directed by an outside director.Sources close to Mr.Roshan reveal, “It’s a comedy film and is being directed by his assistant Raja Sen. The scripting is in the finalisation stages and the film will roll soon.”

New Survey: 7 to 13 minutes of sex is best

The best sexual intercourse lasts between seven and 13 minutes, according to a new survey by US experts.

According to the research, led by Dr Eric Corty, from the Behrend College in Erie, Pennsylvania, three-minute sex is ‘adequate’.

The study is the first to review what the experts believe is the ideal length of time to have penetrative sex, with the random sample of Americans and Canadians labeling seven to 13 minutes most ‘desirable’.

The study concluded that intercourse lasting between three and seven minutes was ‘adequate’, but anything less was ‘too short’ and beyond 13 minutes was ‘too long’.

The extraordinary research is designed to help calm couples’ unrealistic beliefs that healthy sex should last a long time. … more

Soha Ali Going Around

Since of late there have been rumours stating that actress Soha Ali Khan is dating her co-star from RDB Siddharth. This relationship was kept under covers because Siddharth was married to his childhood sweetheart, but now even after their divorce the two are still not ready to come out.Saif apparently said that he was always proud of the decisions taken by Soha and would always stand by her. On the other hand Soha was heard saying that this topic was too hilarious and pointless talking about.

Bipasha Basu & Saif Ali Khan get intimate

The promos of Ramesh Taurani’s RACE have created quite a buzz in the industry. But besides the slick and international feel of RACE, directed by the master of the thriller genre Abbas-Mustan, the industry is abuzz about Bipasha Basu�s hot scenes with Saif Ali Khan.

According to insiders Bipasha and Saif have shot a steamy song and a passionate scene in the film and both shared a comfort level and had no awkward moments during the shooting.

Says Bipasha, ‘Right now in Bollywood, we cant feel awkward about doing any scene during shooting as we are informed well in advance about the story and screenplay. I am quite comfortable shooting for sizzling scenes as long as I know what I am supposed to do and am not uncomfortable about the idea.

But yes, even if remotely I would sense any discomfort I will not do it.

She adds, ‘But then it’s not only me, the whole film is sizzling, All the characters have a lot of intimate scenes and not just me and Saif.’

She also adds, ‘RACE is a very sexy, slick and like an international thriller; the plot has a certain levels of intimacy.’

Ramesh Taurani, Producer Tips films confirms that there are very hot and steamy scenes between Bipasha and Saif in RACE.

Says Mr. Taurani ‘RACE has got a very International feel to it. It’s been shot in exotic locales of Durban. There are intimate scenes between the other characters in the film but Saif and Bipasha are the hottest. But there is no kissing scene in the film and both Bipasha and Saif are very professional. And hence there were no awkward moments since both were comfortable with the scenes during the shooting.’

After strip now No short cut for success!

After trying hard to make a foothold in Bollywood with a lot of skin show in films like ‘Red Swastik’ and ‘Raqeeb: Rivals in Love’, Sherlyn Chopra has finally changed gears.

 

She has come out with an album titled ‘Outrageous’ to prove that she is much more than just an item girl.

“I feel I am more than just a good body and looks. I want people to realise that I have other talents too. I feel an album will not just give me creative freedom to express myself but I can learn a lot more from it,” she said.

“I did try the traditional way to get into movies. But I don’t have a godfather so all the movies that were offered to me did not appeal to me.

“I was ambitious and hence made a few mistakes that in hindsight could have been avoided. I did a film that I realise did no good for my career. Hence now I’m more careful and choosy about what assignments I take up.”
